How to place an order
You have decided to place an order with us.
Here is what we need for you to do.
1. Pick the package or the piece that best suits your party.
The pictures you see online are not the exact flowers you will be getting.
The pictures are here for your reference to see the work we have already completed and shipped to prior customers.
You are picking the number and items in the specific package
IE a 32 pieces set that includes what is listed in the set.
2. Select the quantity that you need.
3. Add it to cart. ( you will not be choosing your colors or your flowers just yet)
4. Add any other items you may need such as pew decorations petals or table arrangements by clicking keep shopping.
5. When you are done adding your items to cart click on secure checkout.
You will not enter any credit card information here.
6. ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS. They are all very important
In creating your wedding package.
7. Now it is time for you to h it submit. Again no credit card or
payment information is needed.
8. About the same time you are getting an email confirmation
so are we.
At this time we will go over or the details of your order to
be sure that
1. We can accommodate your colors and flower choices and
2. That we have your wedding date available.
We only do 5 weddings each weekend so we need to be sure we have space available for your event.
If we can accommodate your order or if we have any questions
we will email you. If your order is not approved you will get an email also letting
you know why we are unable to accommodate you.
If your order is approved it is then that we will send you an invoice for payment.
We ask that you have your order paid for and secured within 48 hours.
If not we will email you and let you know that we
will be canceling your order so that we can accommodate
Another bridal or event.
After your order is placed, approved, and paid for we will either email
you a consultation form or we will call you for a consult.
It is at this time we will give you the date to view your bridal
bouquet pictures, your completion date and you ship date.
